These short terms apply to Currentcut services provided by Oğuzcan Karaman. A written scope sent before each project or plan takes precedence where it differs. Prices are in USD, excluding tax.
Each video covers one task in 50 to 90 seconds, with a synthetic voice-over, your logo and accent colour, delivered as MP4 (1080p) with SRT captions and a written step-by-step guide (text plus an annotated screenshot of each click) for every video except the free sample. You approve every script before recording. Each video includes one revision round (wording, pacing, a different example); a request for a different task is a new video. Delivery times start when we have a non-production demo account and the agreed list of flows.
One video of one flow that we can record from a free signup or a public demo, delivered as a private link in about five business days. No revision round. Free to keep and use. One per company.
$490, one-off. Five new videos for one product area, delivered within five business days. Extra videos $120 each. For 30 days after delivery we fix or re-make a Pilot video free of charge if it is wrong because of us or because your UI changed. For 90 days after delivery we run our weekly check on the Pilot videos and tell you when a screen changed; re-making a video after the first 30 days costs $90, or is included once you move to a plan.
$490, one-off. Five of your existing videos re-made on your current UI, delivered within five business days. An original that covers several tasks is split into several videos, each counting as one. Up to ten extra videos at $90 each.
$1,490, one-off. Up to 15 videos, new or re-made, delivered within ten business days. Extra videos $90 each. Customers on a plan get it at 50% off when one release breaks most of their library.
Keep Current, $290 per month or $2,900 per year: up to 10 videos made by Currentcut kept current, no new videos. Starter, $790 per month or $7,900 per year: five new videos in the first month, then two each month, up to 15 videos kept current. Growth, $1,490 per month or $14,900 per year: ten new videos in the first month, then four each month, up to 40 videos kept current, premium voice included.
Keeping a video current means a weekly check of its flow and, when a screen changed, re-recording and re-voicing it and rebuilding its written guide within five business days of the check (two business days on Growth). An update covers the same task with changed screens; a task that changes in substance (new steps or a different outcome, roughly more than half of the script) counts as a new video. If one release breaks most of the library, we offer the Redesign Sprint at 50% off instead. If a change removes a flow, we agree the new script with you. Unused new videos do not carry over. Extra new videos are $120 each; extra videos kept current above the plan limit are $20 per video per month.
If you subscribe to a plan within 30 days of the delivery of a Pilot, Refresh or Redesign Sprint, its videos join your library and are kept current from the first day, they replace the first month's new videos, and $490 is credited against your first payment (never more than that payment). After 30 days the credit no longer applies and the plan starts like a new one.
Premium voice library: $50 per month on a plan or $50 per one-off project; included in Growth.
Projects are paid upfront. Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, starting on the day of the first payment, and renew automatically until you cancel; we remind you 30 days before a yearly renewal. You can cancel at any time by email; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid, with no further charges. Upgrades and downgrades apply from the next billing date.
You own every delivered video, caption file and written guide, including after you cancel. We keep our own tooling and templates.
You provide a non-production account with sample data and confirm you may share it with us. We use it only to record and check your flows.
Voice-overs use a synthetic neural voice, not a human recording. Alternative voices from a premium voice library are available as an add-on. You approve each script and video before it is final.
Services are provided with reasonable care. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
