Create a survey from a template in Formbricks
Pick a template, name your survey, activate it, and copy its link.
1Start a new survey
Every survey starts on the Surveys page. Click New Survey, then choose a template, so you never begin from a blank page. Formbricks has ready-made surveys for the most common feedback jobs, from product fit to churn.
2Pick a template
Browse templates by channel, industry, or role. Product Market Fit is a good one for a SaaS app like Tidepool. Click it, and a live preview appears on the right.
3Use the template
Happy with the questions? Click Use this template. It opens in the editor, and you can change any question, add more, or remove the ones you do not need.
4Name your survey
Every question is already written, and the preview updates as you edit. Click the survey name at the top and call it Tidepool PMF pulse.
5Activate it
When you are happy with it, click Activate. Formbricks saves your changes as you go, so nothing is lost.
6Copy the link
Your survey is live. Click Copy, and the link is ready to paste into an email, a chat, or your website. Anyone who opens it can answer in seconds, with no account needed.
Result
You can now launch a survey from a template and share its link. Anyone who opens it can answer, with no account needed.
